In addition to being the mortgage holder, you will also get the following documents to secure your investment:

  • Title Insurance
  • Appraisal
We never borrow more than 75% Loan-to–Value, so you will always feel safe knowing that you have equity in the properties you loan on. For example, if a property is valued at $100k we would never borrow more than $75k to purchase the property. That’s a 75% Loan-to-Value and it is obvious a much safer approach from that taken by conventional lenders. Banks are in trouble today because they loan at 85%, 90% or sometimes even 100% of the home’s value leaving them with no real collateral. At Tag Team Properties, LLC we always consider our private lender’s need first. We understand that you work hard for you money, and that you plan on retiring with the money you lend us. That is why we will never over leverage a property for our needs.
